Welcome to Replied. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Replied (“Replied,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Replied mobile app (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Replied. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Choose a username that follows the rules below, and keep your device secure.
Replied is a friendly, competitive typing game. To keep it that way, you agree not to:
We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or harms minors.
You can report another user from within the App. We review reports and may, at our discretion, take action including removing content, requiring a username change, suspending, or permanently removing accounts that violate these Terms. Because Replied has no free-text messaging between users, we rely on username filtering, the ability to remove friends (which cuts off challenges), and user reports to keep the community safe.
You retain no ownership claim over gameplay data generated through normal play (scores, streaks, and similar), which we store to operate the App as described in our Privacy Policy. The username you choose is yours to pick but must comply with these Terms and may be visible to other players.
We work hard to make Replied reliable and fun, but the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that scores, streaks, or leaderboard standings will always be accurate or preserved.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Replied is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
