This Privacy Policy explains how Replied (“Replied,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Replied mobile app (the “App”). We’ve tried to keep it plain and honest. If anything here is unclear, contact us at repliedapp@gmail.com.
Account information. When you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier that lets us recognize your account. Depending on your Apple settings, this may be an anonymized identifier rather than your real email or name. We use it only to create and secure your account.
Username. You choose a username during setup. It is visible to other players (for example, on leaderboards and in head-to-head challenges).
Gameplay data. As you play, we store data such as your typing speed (WPM), accuracy, attempts, streaks, personal records, challenge history, and head-to-head match results. This is what powers your stats, streaks, leaderboards, and profile.
Social data. If you add friends or send/receive challenges, we store those relationships so the features work.
Reports. If you report another user, we store that report (who reported whom, and an optional reason) so we can review it and keep the community safe.
We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, precise device identifiers for advertising, or any data from other apps.

We do not use your information for advertising or cross-app tracking, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the App. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete account). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, gameplay data, friendships, and match history from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
We use industry-standard measures, including the security features provided by Supabase and Sign in with Apple, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Replied is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. If we ever begin using advertising or analytics services, we will update this policy to describe that before doing so.
